What to expect

One hour of flying time, reserved exclusively for your group or event.

We fly to your venue, stay with you between flights, and fly home. You pay for your flying hours. Standby time is included at no charge, and a transportation fee covers the flying to and from your venue.

Block time is quoted individually. Sending a request doesn't charge you or reserve the aircraft, and the cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote.

We reserve your whole window on our schedule: the flying out, your flying hours, the free standby time, and the flying back. Flights are weather permitting and subject to the aircraft's weight and balance limits.

When would you like to start?

How your time is counted

1 flying hour are billed. We also include 2 hours of standby time at no charge (one standby hour for each flying hour, at least 2 and at most 10), so the helicopter stays with you between flights. Once you set your location, we also hold the flying time to and from your venue.

A transportation fee covers flying the aircraft to your location and back: $2.00 per mile, both ways, measured in a straight line from the airport.
