Cancellation & rebooking
Flying depends on weather and safety, so here is exactly how cancellations, refunds and rebooking work.
If we cancel or delay: weather, weight and balance, or safety
Safety comes first, and the pilot in command makes the final call. If we can't fly because of weather, the aircraft's weight and balance limits, or any safety or mechanical reason, you choose: a free rebooking on the next available flight, or a full refund.
The Robinson R44 has strict weight and balance limits. Your party's combined weight, the fuel on board and the conditions on the day decide whether everyone can fly. If we can't safely carry your whole party, we'll rebook or refund.
We watch the weather closely and will contact you as early as we can, sometimes only shortly before your departure time.
If you cancel: the 72-hour rule
Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled departure for a full refund to your original payment method, or rebook to another date at no charge.
Cancel less than 72 hours before departure and your payment is non-refundable. You may still rebook to another available date at no charge if you contact us before your scheduled departure time, subject to availability.
If you don't show up for your flight, or arrive too late to fly safely, the flight is treated as used.
Rebooking
Rebooking is free when we cancel, and when you change your plans 72 hours or more ahead. We'll move you to any open flight of the same type and length. A different length or party size is priced at the rate for that flight.
Refunds are issued to the card you paid with and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
How to cancel or rebook
Contact us with your booking reference (it's in your confirmation email) using the Contact page or the phone number there. Please don't wait until the day of your flight if your plans change.
Block time and group bookings
Block time bookings are quoted individually, and the cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote.
