For business
Aircraft time, on your schedule
Reserve the helicopter for a distillery day, a corporate event or a project. You get dedicated aircraft time, and we build the flying around your plan.
Block time
Reserve the aircraft for your group
Buy flying hours in a block for a day of tours, an event or a multi-day project. We fly to your venue, stay with you between flights, and fly home.
- Standby is free. One standby hour for each flying hour (at least 2, at most 10).
- A transportation fee of $2.00 per mile, there and back, measured straight-line from the airport.
- Rates drop as your block grows. The best rate is for 10 or more hours.
Private flights
See a site from above
Exclusive use of the aircraft for up to 3 people. Surveyors, realtors, city and county planners, contractors and media use private flights to see the whole picture in one trip.
- Book by the hour, online, on your schedule.
- Local-area flights from Lake Cumberland Regional Airport.
For professionals
See the whole picture from above
A private flight puts the aircraft, and the view, at your team's disposal. You bring the objective and we plan the flight around it.
Surveyors & engineers
Scout an entire site in minutes: terrain, drainage, access routes and boundaries in one flight, before you send a crew.
Realtors & developers
Show acreage, waterfront and listings in context, with the roads, the lake and the neighbors in a single view.
City & county planners
Review shorelines, corridors, growth areas and infrastructure from above, and see how it all connects.
Contractors, media & more
Project progress, right-of-way and marketing photography from the window. If it's easier to understand from the air, we can fly it.
- Exclusive use of the aircraft for up to 3 people, at $975 per flight hour
- Flexible start times, booked online or planned with us first
- Flown by experienced Army-trained, Airline Transport-rated pilots
Flights are local-area operations from Lake Cumberland Regional Airport, weather permitting and subject to FAA regulations and aircraft weight limits. They provide aerial observation and do not replace licensed surveying or engineering work.
How block time works
Request, quote, confirm
- Choose a block, the date and start time, and drop a pin on the map where you're flying.
- We review your plan and send a quote. Nothing is charged when you send a request, and it doesn't reserve the aircraft yet.
- Once you agree, we reserve the aircraft for your whole window: the flying out, your hours, the standby, and the flying back.
Block time is quoted individually, and the cancellation terms are confirmed in your quote. See our cancellation policy. Prefer to talk it through? Contact us.
